By booking one of our mobile spray tan services, you agree to the following terms:
Payments & Deposits
All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise arranged.
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve group or event bookings.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.
Mobile Appointments:
Please ensure we have a clean, safe space at least 6x6 ft with good lighting and access to an electrical outlet.
Parking must be available nearby.
If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to space, pets, or safety concerns, a trip fee or cancellation charge may apply.
Client Preparation:
Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-tan instructions provided to ensure the best result.
If pre-tan instructions are not followed (e.g., lotions, deodorant, improper exfoliation), results may vary and refunds will not be issued.
Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm that you have no known allergies to DHA or tanning ingredients and no active skin conditions that may interfere with the service.
Please disclose any relevant health concerns, medications, or recent skin treatments (like peels or laser) before your appointment.
If under 18, a parent or guardian must give written consent.
Photos & Marketing:
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for marketing or social media use.
No images will be used without verbal or written consent.
Tanning Results:
Every skin type takes solution differently. We do our best to match your desired glow, but individual results may vary.
Touch-ups are not included unless otherwise specified.
Results can last 5–10 days depending on skin type and proper aftercare.
